What you need

3 Banana’s

2 large handfull’s kale (alternate with spinach and other leafy greens)

Head of a romaine lettuce (alternate with other tender greens)

1 tablespoon flaxseed

3 Medjool dates

How to make it

Blend the kale with 1 cup of water

Blend in the lettuce, bananas, flax seeds and then the dates.

Pour it into a large glass and enjoy (don’t forget to chew!)
