Overnight Oats

What you need

1/2 cup Rolled Oats

1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (or plant-based milk of your choice)

1 tbsp Chia Seeds

1 large mashed banana

2 tbsp almond butter (optional)

How to make it

Pop all of the ingredients into a jar or container with a lid, shake it all up, pop it in the fridge overnight.

In the morning stir it up, add toppings of your choice (blueberries, raspberries, flaked almonds, coconut)
